SHOCKINGLY Excellent Customer Service. I’ve not had this type of service for many years now. This is the type of service which makes you feel that your objectives, no-one else’s, are what Joe will let himself be consumed with, until you have a smile on your face.
Being a “fussy” customer, I found the car that ticked all of my boxes and proceeded to put my trust in Joe to do the rest (payment, inspection, collection, shipping, re-registering, incl. my request for “non-standard” number plates etc – you get the point), which Joe absolutely nailed!
(FYI – for the second time as we recently did the same for the wife).
A few days later, without stress, Joe called to find out where I’d like it delivered to and not being able to contain myself, I went straight to his office to collect and drove away with a big smile!
