Would recommend highly this garage to anyone. From start to finish the service from the staff has been amazing, staying open late to have the car serviced and cleaned ready for me to pick it up Christmas Eve……they literally couldn’t do enough to help and we’re so accommodating …..even with the two minor issues I had which was not there fault they were both dealt with and sorted instantly…… I will use them again definitely when I win the lottery to buy one of their sporty cars 😂 top garage 👌

From start to finish Joe was really easy to deal with and there was no pushy sales pitch or stress involved in the whole sequence from viewing the vehicle to test drive through to the completion of the sale. Superb customer service from Joe. Phoned and expressed interest in one of his cars to have it brought to my house to view without any pressure, took it for a test drive and agreed terms. Five days later car was again delivered to my house to exchange invoice and cheque. Superb hassle free experience which made my purchase of a new evoque three years ago seem like a bad nightmare.

I noticed Joe was holding a car that was perfect for our current needs and although I emailed him out of hours at the weekend, he instantly came back to me with all the answers and information I was looking for. Arranged to see the car and within 24hrs I took possession of a beautiful Audi A3 in perfect condition. That 24hr period included agreement on part exchange of my own vehicle, funds transfers, paperwork completion and new registration. Joe was a perfect gentleman and the whole process was without doubt the smoothest I’ve ever come across. A very modern approach to buying a car. All requests for info were answered promptly and at any time of the day or night via e-mail. SHOCKINGLY Excellent Customer Service. I’ve not had this type of service for many years now. This is the type of service which makes you feel that your objectives, no-one else’s, are what Joe will let himself be consumed with, until you have a smile on your face.
Being a “fussy” customer, I found the car that ticked all of my boxes and proceeded to put my trust in Joe to do the rest (payment, inspection, collection, shipping, re-registering, incl. my request for “non-standard” number plates etc – you get the point), which Joe absolutely nailed!
(FYI – for the second time as we recently did the same for the wife).
A few days later, without stress, Joe called to find out where I’d like it delivered to and not being able to contain myself, I went straight to his office to collect and drove away with a big smile!
