Ford has absolutely nailed the Fiesta. They have set such a standard that is so difficult to beat. £46 to tax, a super low insurance group, less time spent in the petrol station and best of all, you get all that as well as 140hp!
But first, let’s start with the looks. The Black Edition Fiesta comes with an eye-catching black and red colour scheme which carries on into the interior. The mirror caps, roof and front grille surrounds are in red which really breaks up the car nicely and makes it unique. The Fiesta has some beautiful body lines that give this car a really sporty look. The bonnet lines, the crease that spans from the front wheel arch to the rear quarter and the angular side skirts. It’s also fitted matching gloss black 17″ 8 spoke alloy wheels that fill the arches just right!
On the inside, you’ll find a set of black and red cloth sports seats, a leather-wrapped multifunctional steering wheel and some aluminium rubber-topped sports pedals. Being a special edition, of course, there has to be some special stitching! The handbrake, seats, gear shifter boot and steering wheel are all finished in leather but with red stitching and it gives the car a really high end feel. The media system has Radio, a CD player, Bluetooth, AUX and a USB all playing through an excellent Sony sound system.
The Zetec S is a real pleasure to drive. The clutch is easy and the steering is as light as you like. It is perfect for new drivers or people who love cheap motoring because this is easily one of the cheapest cars to run and maintain! The Black Edition comes with slightly lowered suspension and tighter steering which leads to better and more trustworthy cornering as well as a boatload of fun!
