The wonderful 1 series.

The 1 series is such a good looking car. It’s the type of car that you will always take a second glace at when you park it, just to appreciate how attractive it is. They have a stylish front end with BMW’s signature kidney grills, a super smart and sleek side profile, and also a lovely looking rear with a largely protruding bumper and sleek rear lights. It’s fitted with a set of 18″ gloss black Team Dynamic 12-spoke alloy wheels which contrast perfectly with the beautiful Alpine White paint.

On the inside, you’ll find some delightful soft cloth sports seats that are stitched with red and massively stand out. The red stitching theme continues onto the leather-wrapped multifunctional steering wheel, the door cards and all around the cockpit. Being a BMW, all the materials used are of the highest standards and you instantly notice as soon as you get inside. This car is also equipped with BMW’s iDrive system which is super easy to manoeuvre around and very easy to get used to! It has all the features you need such as Radio, a CD player, Bluetooth phone connection and even has features such as your owners manual, your service history and all your cars settings!

The one series is a real pleasure to drive. Let’s start with one of the best parts – fuel economy. BMW says that the 2.0 turbo diesel will return you over 60mpg which will massively reduce the number of times you’ll find yourself at the fuel station and keep your wallet happier! The great thing about modern motoring is the fact that you can change your car’s driving characteristics at the push of a button. The 1 series has 4 driving modes that you can easily switch between – Eco Pro, Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus. Eco Pro and Comfort speak for themselves, Sport tightens the steering input and the throttle response for a more engaging drive and Sport Plus furthermore tightens everything up and it also turns the traction control off for a bit of extra fun…
