nothing can compare to the offroad ability, rugged looks and legendary status of the Defender. The boxy looks with huge tyres and the trademark roof-mounted skylight windows have carried their way from the first production all the way last of the Defenders. Land Rover only ever slightly updated the looks because what they first came up with just worked so well and didn’t need changing!
It’s the same story on the inside. Only minor updates were made to more modernise the interior but it never lost the “Land Rover” feel. Given this model is the county, it comes with electric windows, heated front and rear screens and remote central locking. In the rear, you’ll find two seats that easily fold up against the rear windows to make room for a very usable, flat and large cargo area for all your needs.
Versatile would be a great word to describe these cars. You can modify them to suit your needs – keep it as it is and have a lovely family vehicle, take the rear seats out and you have yourself a van or use it as a toy and go climbing mountains. It will tow pretty much anything you ask it to…
Land Rover is also known for its remarkable reliability and robust build quality. Their engineers built these cars to last a lifetime
Unfortunately, production has stopped on these vehicles however that means that these vehicles values shouldn’t decrease much and they becoming an appreciating asset.
