The Lexus RX 450H Hybrid has a 3.5 ltr V6 petrol engine 4 wheel drive with a 7 speed automatic gearbox ,which produces a magnificent 245 bhp at 6,000 rpm  and 234 lb-ft of torque at 4,800 rpm , with total power increased to 295 bhp when the electric motors are spinning away with the v6 which gives you up to 32 mpg in return a figure that many four cylinder cars would have trouble hitting with this power. In typical full hybrid fashion, the RX 450h glides forward under electric power. As soon as you select it in drive, All but the lightest pressure on the accelerator kicks in the engine for the extra power the car needs to get up to speed for example when making manoeuvres or going up steep hills the power really is a phenomenal delight and will make you very surprised.

The RX450h exterior has a lovely simple design to it. Its has a smattering of blue tinting on the front and rear Lexus emblems, lovely designed silver 18″ alloy wheels , Halogen headlights, front fogs which is able to give you a very good clear view of the road ahead whilst driving at night.

The 2010 Lexus RX 450h was one of the more technically advanced cars available in its day giving you that very luxury and elegant feel inside followed by the style and comfort. Although this’ hybrid’ SUV did get a new cabin tech package unlike its non hybrid sibling which includes a hard-drive-based coloured 2D navigation system which is all operated by the remote touch controls system which is located on the centre consul and is very easy to use followed by a beautifully sized eight inch colour display screen. All five seats are very comfortable but the driver and passenger seats are fully leather electric heated seats. The 450h is loaded with all the cabin tech options, including the top-of-the-line Mark Levinson audio system with its 330-watt amp making music sound incredible. A few other nice features built into this lovely SUV are iPod integration, and AUX input, Bluetooth, satellite and (DAB) Digital Audio Based radio which allows you to find many more exciting radio stations around the world , six-CD changer, USB port and a voice command that lets you dial contacts by name so you don’t have to worry about taking your hands off the wheel when traveling.  If you are looking for a lovely luxury hybrid SUV then this might just be the one for you.
