Finished in a bright white with an aggressive bonnet, roof and side stripes that go with the lovely colour scheme. This truck looks so cool! The chrome front grille, the aluminium and black side steps, The chrome mirror caps, the front and rear crash bars and the matte black roll bars mounted in the boot. The wheels on this car are something special. A matte black set of 18″ complex meaty wheels that just look incredible and suited to the car and they’re wrapped in some continental XL tyres.
Being the double-cab, the interior is full of room and has 5 seats. When you start the truck, the gauge cluster all lights up, like any other new vehicle, but in the centre display between the two gauges, there’s a little animation of a Navara that spins around before it shows you what seat belts are belted up and it is just such a lovely touch from Nissan. The multifunctional steering wheel is wrapped in some smooth leather and the gear boot and seats have white stitching holding all the pieces together. In the centre console, there’s Radio, dual-zone climate control, a CD player, an AUX jack and a USB port to charge your phone and play your own music. Just underneath the infotainment options are your Adjustable differential settings, drive wheel settings and Hill decent option, so you can set up your Navara for your scenario. Also, a lovely little touch on the inside is a reversing camera. But it’s not where you think it’d be, in your infotainment screen, it’s a small display behind your rearview mirror glass that projects through when you put your car in reverse!
The truck drives just like a truck should. A solid shifting gearbox, light steering and enough torque to pull a house down! The throttle response is instant due to a set of 2 turbochargers. One small and one large, the small for the low RPM’s and the larger one for the higher rev range for a seamless surge of power all the way up. It also has a huge 3.5-tonne towing capacity and, as you’d expect, amazing off-road capabilities with lockable diffs massive ground clearance.
With full Nissan service history, manufacturers warranty until December 2019 and fully serviced last month, you should have nothing to worry about for over a year!
